When I questioned how they were allowed to call me at home, they said "I don’t need permission." Then they added, "What are you gonna do about it?" I asked their name and they said James Hardy, and the company was something like Storm Note Speed. Tried searching on Google but found nothing. Got a call on the evening of my court date, some bloke saying he was from a claims company called "Part of Sterling Group". When I asked who exactly he was representing, he dodged the question and wouldn't even tell me my own car’s reg number. In the end, I just ended the call. Guy sounded Asian and had maybe a Brummie accent. Don’t give out any details. Your insurance company should always tell you who they’re sending your case to.
