Pretty sure he was just some debt collector pretending to be one.2 yearsUsually debt collectors don't ring from mobiles, so these ones were probably fakes pretending to be them.3 yearsSome bloke called Ryan says he’s from the courts and turns up in person handing over fake papers supposedly from a company named Jacobs, which I found out is actually dissolved. Both Ryan and Jacobs seem to be companies themselves, but neither can show any real, signed contracts with proper wet ink signatures like the law under the Companies Act 2006 section 44 requires.
