My son, who’s quite vulnerable, answered a phone call that claimed to be from HMRC. Thankfully, I happened to hear the conversation and realised it was a total scam. I can only imagine what personal details he might’ve shared if I hadn’t been nearby. Without a doubt, it was a scammer trying to trick us.
