Got a text claiming to be from Virgin asking me to update my bank info, but it was a total scam. I had to ring my bank straight away to freeze my account. Definitely watch out for these dodgy messages!

Just to warn everyone, this is a total Virgin Mobile scam. I checked with Virgin themselves and they said it's definitely not from them. If you clicked on the link in the text and gave any info, you need to ring your bank straight away. If you didn’t, block the number as quick as you can. Stay safe!

Got a text telling me to update my payment details for Virgin Media, including a link to click to do so. Looks like a proper dodgy scam to me, definitely don’t click on it.

I got a text from them saying they couldn't process payment on my card. They sent a link to update the details but my card info is already current. The link doesn’t look like it’s from the actual phone provider, even though they claim it is. They haven’t called me at all, just this suspicious message.
