Got a text claiming to be from Hermes about a missed delivery with a link to ‘confirm your details’ that asked for my birthday. The website looked super real at first glance. The giveaway was when I tried the ‘FAQs’ section, like checking if I could pick up the parcel - absolutely none of the links worked. Also, the tracking number was only 14 characters long, but I know they usually have 16. When I checked the link again later, the tracking number had disappeared and the link redirected to the actual Hermes site. Pretty dodgy if you ask me.

Got a text claiming Hermes tried dropping a parcel off at 6:45am, but when I checked the link, my phone flagged it as a scam site. Plus, my CCTV hasn’t shown anyone here at that time. Seems dodgy to me.
