Got a dodgy automated message warning me about some suspicious activity on my account for a huge £725 charge earlier today. It told me to press 1 or 2 to talk to someone. I chose 1 and ended up speaking to a bloke called ‘John’ with an Asian accent who couldn’t really answer any of the stuff I asked him. Seemed fishy from the start.
