They called again, claiming to be from First Direct bank this time. Quite obvious it was a scam, but they really go all out with their tricks. Definitely not falling for that one again.

Pretty sure this is a scam. It says it’s from HSBC, but others have said the calls came from Barclays numbers instead. And I don’t even hold an HSBC account, so that’s a big red flag for me.
