I got a call about some parcel fee I hadn’t paid yet.

Got a dodgy text pretending to be from DPD, saying my parcel couldn't be delivered because some shipping fee wasn't paid, and there was a link to sort it out. Total scam, no doubt. I blocked the number straight away and sent the message to 7726 to report the scam.
