scammers are using this number, claiming to be from the royal family. I’d say just block and forget about it.

Pretty sure this is that scam going around about some unpaid shipping fee, saying it’s from the post office. But wouldn’t it mention Royal Mail if it was legit? Seems dodgy to me.
