On 8th Feb 2022, around 08:22, my husband got a message from this number saying something like "You've been near someone with Omricon, get a test kit here: http://nhs.status-12.com". Just to warn others, it's definitely a scam. The number looks like it's from EE, and we’ve reported it to their customer service, who said they’re sending it to their security and operations team to check out.

Got a call from someone saying they were from HMRC, claimed there was some fraud on my account and told me to hit button 1. Sounded fishy to me.

Received a text on my mobile claiming I'd been exposed to someone with COVID and urging me to click on an NHS link. Clearly just a clever scam.
