Got a dodgy text saying my DPD parcel couldn’t be delivered. Actually, last week I got two of these from different numbers, one even landed in the middle of the night at like 3am. I was waiting for a delivery but couldn’t remember who from, so I clicked the link - they wanted me to pay £3 for shipping! Then a neighbour asked if I could hold onto a DPD parcel for him later, so I mentioned the message to him. He told me that if they miss you, DPD always leaves a card and that sorting a redelivery doesn’t cost a penny. Pretty clear it’s a scam.

It had a link to what looked like a DPD site but was fake, asking for payment to arrange another delivery. I wasn’t even expecting anything from DPD, and the idea of paying a fee is obviously a scam. Definitely don’t click or reply to these kinds of messages!
