This is my third time getting messages from three separate numbers all saying I should log into “my BT account.” I never handle stuff like this over the phone, so I just blocked all of them. Could be dodgy for some people, honestly.

Got a text saying my BT bill didn’t go through and they need me to check my payment info. Thing is, I’m not even with BT! Seems like a scam to me.

The number +44 7485 434049 actually seems to be linked to the Yaroslavl area in Russia. Just a heads up if you get a call from it, might be from the Russian Federation.

Got a text that started with "bt:" and then said something about a payment not going through. I don't handle any payments myself, and the message still had the +44 number instead of a proper BT one, so it’s definitely a scam. Totally fake, don’t trust it.
