Got a message about an appointment being cancelled but I never actually booked anything or got a confirmation. It said something like, “Good afternoon, our engineer won’t be able to visit your place tomorrow because they’re unwell. They were supposed to do a water hygiene risk assessment on one of your units. Once we’re in your area again, we’ll send a fresh letter with the new details. Sorry for any trouble caused. Best wishes, Urban Environments.” Seems a bit dodgy since I didn’t arrange any of this.
