Some woman rang me saying she was from BT and that my internet was switching from private to public or something daft like that. Total nonsense and clearly one of those typical scams going around. I told her BT isn’t my provider and if there’s a problem with the network, she should speak to whoever actually supplies my internet. She just hung up straight away.

Got a message saying I was owed a tax refund and needed to fill out a form. Sounded fishy to me.

Got a message saying my bundle would be stopped on 29th Feb 2021 because they couldn’t check my payment details. Thing is, 2021 isn’t a leap year, so I just ignored and deleted it.

Received a message that looked like it was from 02, asking for my payment info and threatening to cancel some “pundle” thing by 29th Feb (which funny enough, isn't even a leap year). I don’t even have that service! I just blocked the number and reported it straight away.
