Someone rang me pretending they were from amazon, trying to trick me or something. Felt like a scam, honestly. Don’t trust calls like that!

Got a call from someone pretending to be DPD, saying I owed £1.99 for a delivery fee. Then they tried to get me to give my card info and my mum’s maiden name. Definitely a dodgy scam!

Wasn’t expecting any delivery and yet DPD left a note through the door. I looked up the number on this brilliant site and found out straight away it’s a scam. Honestly, OFCOM really needs to step in quicker when these numbers get reported for the first time. They should have their own site to flag dodgy numbers and scammers. Big thanks to WHO_CALLED_ME for making it easy to spot these things!

Got a message supposedly from DPD saying they couldn't deliver my parcel because I hadn't paid the shipping charge. It asked me to check their website. Sounded dodgy to me since I've seen similar scams from UPS and DHL before, all turned out to be phishing attempts. Definitely fishy!
