Totally a scam call, just told them to buzz off and then blocked the number right away.

Loads of calls like this one came through from numbers that looked like they were from EE. Usually happened just after 9 in the morning, and the voice on the line was always some weird foreign accent that was really hard to understand. Definitely felt like a scam to me.
