I think someone’s cloned my number because calls are going out from it, but I’m not making them. I’m not really sure how to handle this situation?

If you’re getting dodgy calls like this, best to tell your phone company right away and also let OfCom know whats happening. Loads of scammers use tons of computer-made fake phone numbers, so sometimes these calls show up as a real person’s number by accident, which can be really annoying for that person. Never ring back a number you don’t know, it’s just asking for trouble. If the person who owns the number gets lots of hassling calls from folk, they should send a text with the caller’s number to 7726 to flag them as spam - that usually sorts the problem.
