I saved the number of a delivery company before, so I instantly realised this call wasn’t legit. Watch out - they try to get you to pay for a parcel that doesn’t exist, and it’s risky once you give them your bank info.

I got a text from Hermes saying “sorry you weren’t in” along with a link to a site. No call though. I didn’t bother checking it out and just deleted the message because from what I’ve read on your site, plenty of people have had bad experiences with them.

Got a text from Hermes saying I owe £1.45 to get a parcel redelivered - sounds like a dodgy scam to me.

Just got a text claiming Hermes tried to deliver a parcel to me today. It said I need to reschedule online. Thing is, I haven’t bought anything recently and I’ve been at home all morning with no one coming to the door. Feels like a total scam, watch out!
