Received a text from 03.28 saying it was a DPD driver about re-delivering my parcel, even though I'd already sorted it out with them. They asked for £1.99 payment, which seemed fishy, so like many others I just ignored it. Does anyone know how I can report this to DPD? I’ve used DPD before and they try up to three times without charging, plus they leave a card if no one’s in. This feels like a total rip-off.
