Got a message like this today, nearly got caught out since I am expecting a parcel soon. But then I remembered my delivery was supposed to be free postage, so it set alarm bells ringing. Pretty sure it’s a dodgy scam, but I’ll hold off being totally sure until my parcel actually turns up.

Got a call from someone claiming to be the "Post Office," telling me my package got sent to a nearby depot because I supposedly didn’t pay a shipping fee. I do get packages from abroad now and then, but any legit messages normally say "Royal Mail." Feels like a scam to me.
