Yesterday, I got a call from this number saying I’d missed a call from them earlier. Problem is, I’d been behind the wheel for about an hour straight, so there’s no way I rang them at 4.19pm like she claimed. I double-checked my call log afterwards and found no outgoing calls from me since that morning. I mentioned I was driving which maybe made them back off if it was a dodgy spam call? The woman sounded quite nice and sincere, but that doesn’t rule out it being some kind of scam. Either way, I’m planning to block the number now.
