For months now, I've been getting the same message over and over, sent from different numbers but the words never change: "Jake, we’ve got your loan request. Please confirm payout details." I've accidentally answered twice, only to tell them I don’t know anyone called Jake and to stop pestering me. Each time I block one number, they ring or text from a new one. It’s clear to me these are scammers, especially since right when these calls started, I also began getting fake emails flooding in.
