Got a text from 07484 307422 saying I’d missed a delivery from Hermes and to click a link to sort it out. I’m a bit iffy if it’s real or not, since I’m actually expecting a package at the moment.

Got a message saying I'd supposedly approved a payment to a Mr C Jones, and telling me I could stop it through some HSBC fraud alert. Naturally, there was a link included.

Just so ya know, this is a personal mobile, not any sort of company line.

Got a text from this number claiming to be HSBC telling me a 'new payee' was added from an unregistered device. Thing is, I don’t even have an account with HSBC! Plus, the message was full of grammar mistakes - total scam, for sure. Best just ignore and delete it.

Got a dodgy message claiming to be from Royal Mail saying I need to pay a dispatch fee quick at some link or else my parcel gets sent back. Definitely a scam, so I just blocked the number and deleted it. Don’t fall for it!
