Got a call claiming there’s an unauthorised iPhone purchase on my Amazon account. They told me to press 1 to cancel and speak with “Amazon.” Then they asked me to open the playstore. I asked if I had to download anything (figured they might try to get remote access). The person instantly twigged I was onto them and snapped, "No! Are you stupid? I just wanted you to play cricket!" and then hung up. Classic Indian accent, typical scam.
