Some bloke named Michael rang me saying my Visa had been used and asked for my name and dob to confirm it. When I asked if it was my HSBC card he said yeah it was. I told him all my HSBC stuff needs a pin and some sort of password, so I’m not sure what he was on about. When I questioned him, he got all defensive and said I was shouting at him, which I definitely wasn’t. So I just ended the call.
