Some bloke called himself Edward, said he was from BT and claimed they were fixing my phone line. He asked what other stuff I had and if I could grab my tablet. I said no way. Mentioned I’m over 80 and a mate who’s a uni student handles all that tech stuff for me. Then he said BT would visit in person next month and that I was going along. Then I just hung up.
