Got a ring from this number earlier, some supposed HMRC agent threatening legal trouble. I knew straight away it was dodgy but decided to humour them a bit. When they asked for my name, I told them they should already have it if they’re calling me. That’s when they just started shouting and swearing. Then they hung up, which was disappointing - I reckon I could’ve kept the charade going for much longer! Just a tip: never hand over your details, keep quiet and let them yap away on their own.
