I got a text saying there was a parcel delivery, and it asked me to click on a link. I've decided to block the number and report it.

I received a rather dubious message: "Your parcel has been sent back to our warehouse because we couldn't deliver it successfully. Please go to ... to arrange for redelivery." I didn't bother clicking on any links and decided to block the number instead. Better safe than sorry, I reckon!
