I was only half awake when I picked up the landline and the caller from 07483977040 claimed my router was involved in illegal stuff. Total scam, so I just hung up. Since then, I've had two more calls from dodgy numbers - one starting with 0049561 and another from Leeds with 01133505523. Both definitely scams.
