Honestly, it was so unprofessional. The woman never told me her name or what company she was calling from. She kept talking over me and stumbled a lot, never really getting her facts straight. She even butchered my name a few times! When I tried to politely ask if I could finish what I was saying, she got rude and started being quite nasty. I've already put in a formal complaint about it.
