They told me they were from HMRC but since it was a mobile number I immediately got suspicious. When I finally got through and stayed quiet waiting for them to say who they were, nothing was said. Then out of nowhere they started talking in some foreign language, maybe Indian or Thai or something. Definitely felt dodgy to me.
