He was quite pushy, kept wanting to see my screen, but I told him no. Then he said he could explain security problems on our site over the phone instead. I jotted down what he said and hung up after that. Feels like he was trying to scam info out of me. Just noticed this CALLUM chap had rung before, pretending to be from BT.
