Got a call from someone claiming to be my internet company, but their accent was so heavy I couldn't make out what they were saying. Turns out they weren’t from BT at all. I just hung up and blocked the number straight away.

I recently switched to a new phone number and sim card. Since then, this particular number keeps ringing me every few weeks. If I don’t pick up right away, I get called back moments later from another unknown number with a very similar beginning to it. Quite odd really.
