Some bloke from Hermes was on the phone telling me I owed a payment or fee, sounded a bit dodgy to me.

got a message from this number saying it was santander saying a new beneficiary called g cook was added on my online banking. they wanted me to click a link to “secure” my bank details if i hadn’t authorised it. obviously i never added anyone like that. total scam, so i just blocked the number straight away!
