Got a call claiming to be from Hermes saying I needed to change my delivery date or my parcel would be sent back. They mentioned some weird address like Hermes-pay-fee-depot or something, wish I’d scribbled it down before hanging up. I only bought something from Next late last night and rang them this morning, they said none of my stuff is even packed yet, so I reckon this is a total scam?

Got a call from My Hermes telling me to reschedule my delivery or else the parcel’s gonna be sent back. They gave some weird address like Hermes-pay-fee-depot or something, wish I’d noted it down properly on my phone. I ordered a thing from Next late last night and rang them today, they said my stuff wasn’t even packed yet so I reckon this is a scam? Feels dodgy to me.

I received a message purporting to be from Hermes, directing me to a website where I'm supposedly required to pay a fee to avoid my parcel being sent back. It all seems rather dodgy if you ask me!
