Around 1pm on 22.10.24, I got a call from a bloke with a US accent claiming to be from Microsoft. He said there’d been some dodgy business on my computer that needed sorting out, and he offered to help. I told him I’d just ring Microsoft myself straight away, and he got quite rude after that. He kept ringing back a few more times in the next ten minutes, but I let it go to voicemail each time. Not once did he leave any message.
