Got a call bright and early at 8am, had no clue why they were ringing. Didn’t pick up and quickly blocked the number. Legit callers usually leave a voicemail, so I’m not fussed.

I got a call from someone claiming to be from HMRC, saying I owed over £1700 in unpaid taxes. I ended up paying a bit of it before realising it wasn’t legit. Then I went ahead and reported the whole thing to the police. Definitely a scam, watch out!
