I got a call from a woman with an Indian accent claiming she was with BT's legal team. The connection was so bad and kept crackling that I couldn’t catch most of what she was saying. I asked her a couple of times to repeat herself but it stayed really unclear, and then when I asked again she just ended the call. I blocked the number straight away because it just felt off - like why would BT’s legal folks be contacting me anyway? If they try ringing me from a different number, I’m just gonna tell them to send a letter and then block that one too.
