During the call, they asked me to provide an OTP code sent via text from my Amazon account in order to confirm the delivery. At first the situation sounded very normal and convincing, and I was very close to being scammed. However, at the last moment I realised something was wrong and refused to give them the code. I have since reported the call to Amazon.
