I got a call from someone saying they were from D and G, and they already knew some stuff about me from an old account. They tried to sell me a discount on insurance for my appliances, said it was only available if I signed up then and there. Something about the whole thing just felt off, so I didn’t go for it.

Suren it was a scam, the person on the other end sounded like some call centre pretending to be from a credit claims department. I just hung up and blocked the number.

It appears to be a call centre impersonating O2, insisting I’ve fallen behind on my payments. Without a doubt, it’s a dodgy scheme!
