Some bloke rang me saying he was from BT broadband because my internet was running really slow. He said he could fix it, but then asked me to download this app called Anydesk so he could get into my phone. I told him I'd ring up BT myself to deal with the problem. Been caught out by scams like this before, so no way am I falling for it again.
