I got a message on WhatsApp saying EDF wanted to schedule a smart meter installation, but then EDF got in touch and said they never sent that message.

Claimed they were looking into my issue with EDF.

Got a message saying it was EDF about replacing my meter because the old one wasn’t working anymore. The number they gave was 07360542171, either by SMS or WhatsApp. But guess what? Our actual bill from EDF has a completely different number listed at the top, so that one’s 100% dodgy. Don’t fall for it! 🙄
