So, I got a call from some automated American woman saying I had messed up my taxes - can’t be right, I’m on a pension! She claimed the government’s going to take legal action unless I sorted it out immediately. I didn’t bother hearing more and just told her to shove off before hanging up. Luckily, I’ve been watching the BBC’s Scam Interceptors, so I’m not easily fooled. Honestly, something proper needs to be done to put an end to these awful scammers.
