Sounds a bit fishy to me. If a doctor’s office really needed to get in touch, wouldn’t they use their proper email or send a message through their official app? Getting a text from some unknown mobile number just seems off. I usually just block any unexpected texts like that.

Got a message about 3 mins ago telling me I'm eligible for a flu vaccine at a nearby clinic and asking me to reply. Not too sure where this text came from but guessing it's probably spam.
