Got a call really late saying they was from a hotel reception about a parcel. They asked what town it was from, and when I said Grimsby, they asked for a name. They only had one first name on the parcel, no last name tho. I ended the call and blocked the number, but then this same scammy number rang me two more times in three days. Proper annoying!

I got a call from this number and didn’t pick up straight away coz I wanted to look it up here first. Loads of comments said it was from Just Eat, and since I had an order coming, I rang them back. Turned out they just needed my address again as it wasn’t on the order properly. They even told me which restaurant my food was coming from. I always make sure to check numbers here before answering or calling back. This caller was quite polite and friendly, so I feel it’s safe to deal with.

Just Eat... seems legit but the service was shockingly bad. Not sure if it was Just Eat or the restaurant using their number, but the bloke was quite rude. When I picked up, he just said "hi, your postcode?" I had to ask who he was and what the call was about before he ended up giving me my own postcode to prove he was legit. If this is Just Eat, they really need to sort out some proper training!
