Got a call from some bloke with this really annoying northern twang, trying to flog me stuff. He was so full of himself, gave me the vibes that after just a minute on the phone I'd want to tell him where to shove it. Claimed he was calling on behalf of the council, saying I should put up some adverts to drum up business. I just told him, nicely, to jog on.

Can't seem to find any reviews or feedback about this number anywhere online, which I guess could mean it's not dodgy. Has anyone else come across it before? I've tried looking it up in various ways but still nothing showing up.

I've received four calls from this chap so far. He's got an accent and claims to be ringing from my "housing association," which is rather puzzling since I’m not affiliated with one at all. Very odd, to say the least!
