I got a call that seemed to be from HR offering me a job, but it was all automated. Then they told me to add them on WhatsApp using the number they gave. I think I saw this scam mentioned in an online mag somewhere.

Thought the number seemed fishy, so I looked it up on Who Called Me and yep, the suspicion was right.

I missed the call initially, but decided to return it. A guy with an American accent picked up and told me they'd ring me later. I've gone ahead and blocked the number now.
