I received a call from someone claiming to be with the housing repairs team. What a pity, considering I’m not even part of a housing association! Totally unsolicited and rather dodgy, if you ask me.

They called claiming to be from housing maintenance, but I didn’t buy it since I could hear a call centre buzzing in the background. Didn’t even bother giving them a chance.
