It’s just another dodgy scammer pretending to be from BT. An Asian lady rang me up, insisting that my service would be terminated unless I settled my outstanding bill. When I confronted her about her shady tactics, she simply hung up! Honestly, with all the advancements in tech these days, it’s baffling that they can’t put an end to this nonsense!
