I got calls on my mobile and then, weirdly, the same number messaged me on WhatsApp too. Didn't pick up any of them. On WhatsApp, the name showed up as Zaib Moghai, with a profile pic of a bloke posing in front of some Middle Eastern style building. No clue how they got hold of my number but I’ve blocked them now. Had about 18 missed calls from this person, really annoying. After reading other comments, seems like it’s some HMRC-related scam.

Got a robocall saying it was HMRC and warning me I’d face legal trouble unless I hit 1. Total scam, obviously.
